Cher's Coconut Squares
1 cup coconut
1 cup flour
1 cup oats
1 cup sugar
1/2 cup butter
pinch of salt
1 tablespoon corn syrup or honey (honey rocks)
1 teaspoon baking soda
Melt the butter and corn syrup/honey together and add to the dry ingredients until crumbly.
Press the mixed ingredients in to a greased pan.
Bake in a 350 degree oven for 10-15 minutes.
