Our second foray in to this author in a remarkably short period of time.  Once again, should make for some interesting conversation.

Meeting at Rhonwen's girl pad.

Overall consensus seems to be that this was an alright book but nothing that shot anyone over the moon or making top 10 lists any time soon.

This definitely sparked an interesting conversation.

This book was discussed in March since we all decided to go to a movie this month instead of meeting for book club. 

We saw The Book Thief, which was a good show. 

We missed out on a lovely dessert that I made.  A true culinary fail on my (Karen's) part.

Below is my carrot cake. Gone.  Horribly wrong.  I will need to redeem myself and do this right next time the ladies come over.

It took two days for the smell to leave.
